EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy:

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery  please file an exchange request on the website within 14 days.
  2. Cosmetics are non-exchangeable products.
  3. Delivered product is damaged(physically destroyed or broken)/defective(dead on arrival).
  4. Delivered product is incorrect (presentation different on website )/ missing parts.
  5. Size and color issue in delivered products especially in Men/Women shirt, shoes. Kids shoe size.
  6. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  7. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  8. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape and stickers on the manufacturers box.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
