- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery please file an exchange request on the website within 14 days.
- Cosmetics are non-exchangeable products.
- Delivered product is damaged(physically destroyed or broken)/defective(dead on arrival).
- Delivered product is incorrect (presentation different on website )/ missing parts.
- Size and color issue in delivered products especially in Men/Women shirt, shoes. Kids shoe size.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape and stickers on the manufacturers box.
